贵州省野生头花蓼的品质评价

摘　　要：目的:综合评价贵州不同产地野生头花蓼的品质。方法:采用分子鉴定法、红外光谱法、高效液相色谱法对贵州5个不同产地的野生头花蓼进行品质评价。结果:分子鉴定对比各个产地的头花蓼样品扩增ITS-2序列完全相同;运用聚类分析处理中红外图谱的结果为:剑河县柳川镇关口村6组所产头花蓼与安顺市龙宫镇克马村的头花蓼品质相近;剑河县久仰乡久丢村3组、剑河县南明镇凯寨村的头花蓼品质相近;剑河县太拥镇九仪村与其它几个产地的品质相差较远;不同产地头花蓼中槲皮素、山奈酚含量有明显差异,除贵州省剑河县太拥镇九仪村样品外,其余样品均达到药用要求。结论:贵州野生头花蓼的品质如下:安顺市龙宫镇克马村的头花蓼品质较优,剑河县久仰乡久丢村3组、剑河县柳川镇关口村6组、剑河县南明镇凯寨村次之,剑河县太拥镇九仪村品质有所退化,品质较差。Objective： To evaluate the quality of Wild Touhualiao （Polygnnum Vi;,iparum） in different areas of Guizhou. Method： The quality evaluation of Wild Touhualiao （Polygonum Viviparum） from five different habitats was carried out by molecular identification, infrared spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography. Result： The results showed that the ITS-2 sequence was identical in Wild Touhualiao （Polygonum Viviparum） from different areas; The results of infrared analysis using cluster analysis show that Jianhe County, Liu Chuan town Guankou Village group VI produced the best Touhualiao （Polygonum Viviparum） and that the Touhualiao （Polygonum Viviparum） of Anshun City Long Gongzhen Kima village showed similar quality to it; The Touhualiao （Polygonum Viviparum） from Jianhe County Jiuyang Township Jiudiu village group III and Jianhe County Nanming Town Kai Village showed similar quality; The Touhualiao （Polygonum Viviparum） from Jianhe County Taiyong Town Jiuyi Village was far different to several other origin of the quality. There were significant differences in the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in Touhualiao （Polygonum Viviparum） from different origins. Except for the sample of Jiuyi Village, Taiyong Town, Jianhe County, Guizhon Province, the remaining samples reached the medicinal requirements. Conclusion： Guizhou wild Touhualiao （Polygonum Viviparum） quality is as follows： Comprehensive above Anshun City Long Gongzhen Kima village of the Tou hua liao quality is better; Jianhe County Jiuyang Township Jiudiu village group III, Jianhe County Liu Chuan town Guan Village group VI and Jianhe County Nanming town Kai Village is the second; Jianhe County Taiyong Town Jiuyi village quality has been degraded, with poor quality.
