摘　　要：目的了解2015-2016年义乌市健康人群乙型脑炎(乙脑)抗体水平。方法随机选取义乌市4个监测点健康人群,分9个年龄组采集血清标本,通过微量细胞中和试验测定乙脑中和抗体。结果在953名调查对象中,乙脑抗体阳性361名,阳性率为37.88%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶9.79。在<1岁儿童中,各月龄儿童的抗体阳性率在4.17%(9月龄)-37.93%(0月龄)之间(x2=26.95,P=0.003),GMT在1∶5.23(9月龄)-1∶8.62(0月龄)之间(x2=31.17,P=0.001);在≥1岁人群中,各年龄人群的抗体阳性率在17.57%(7-14岁)-82.69%(35-44岁)之间(x2=73.21,P<0.001),GMT在1∶6.43(7-14岁)-1∶22.55(35-44岁)之间(x2=66.77,P<0.001)。完成2剂次乙脑减毒活疫苗的140名1-6岁儿童免疫≤1年、>1年且≤2年、>2年且≤3年、>3年后的抗体阳性率和GMT均无显著性差异(x2=2.59,P=0.459;x2=5.47,P=0.140)。结论义乌市全人群中小年龄组儿童的乙脑抗体水平较低,应加强适龄儿童的乙脑疫苗接种工作。Objective To determine antibody levels against Japanese encephalitis（ JE） among a healthy population in Yiwu city of Zhejiang province during 2015-2016. Methods We randomly selected healthy people from 4 monitoring areas in Yiwu during 2015-2016 and categorized them into 9 age groups. We collected serum samples from subjects for detection of JE antibody by the microcytopathic neutralization test. Results Of 953 subjects,361（ 37. 88%） were positive for JE antibody,and the geometrical mean titer（ GMT） of antibody was 1∶ 9. 79. Among children 1 year old,the antibody positivity rate ranged from 4. 17%（ 9 months old） to 37. 93%（ 0 month old）（ x^2= 26. 95,P = 0. 003）; the GMT ranged from 1∶ 5. 23（ 9 months old） and 1 ∶ 8. 62（ 0 month old）（ x^2= 31. 17,P = 0. 001）. Among children≥1 year old,the antibody positivity rate ranged from 17. 57%（ 7-14 years old） to 82. 69%（ 35-44 years old）（ x^2= 73. 21,P〈0. 001）; the GMT ranged from 1 ∶ 6. 43（ 7-14 years old） to 1 ∶ 22. 55（ 35-44 years old）（ x^2= 66. 77,P〈0. 001）. Among 140 children aged 1-6 years who had received2 doses of JE attenuated live vaccine,no significant differences were seen in positivity rates or GMT among children who had previously finished their immunization for ≤1 year, 1 and ≤2 years, 2 and≤3 years,and 3 years（ x^2= 2. 59,P = 0. 459; x^2= 5. 47,P = 0. 140）. Conclusions The average JE antibody level was low among young children in Yiwu. We should strengthen immunization of JE vaccine for eligible children.
