摘　　要：目的评价苏州市儿童入托入学预防接种证自助查验评价系统的实施效果。方法开发和实施苏州市儿童入托入学预防接种证自助查验评价系统,采用描述性方法分析2016年5月-2017年4月系统实施期间托幼机构/小学的使用率、入学儿童录入率和免疫规划疫苗漏种比例等指标。结果 2016-2017学年全市91.42%(1 129/1 235)的托幼机构/小学使用系统进行预防接种证查验工作;入托入学儿童系统录入率为85.36%(225 103/263 701);2016年入托入学儿童11种免疫规划疫苗的漏种比例(0.53‰-14.55‰)均低于2014年(0.79‰-17.38‰)和2015年(0.66‰-15.70‰)(x2检验,P均<0.05)。结论苏州市儿童入托入学预防接种证自助查验评价系统的实施使接种证查验及疫苗补种工作关口前移,减少了疫苗漏种。Objective To evaluate the implementation of an information system to inspect immunization certificates of children entering kindergartens and schools in Suzhou city. Methods We developed and implemented a self-operated information system to facilitate certificate inspection. We used descriptive methods to analyze its utilization in kindergartens and primary schools,the entry of data on enrolling children,and the rate of missed immunizations during system implementation from May 2016 to April 2017.Results In the 2016-2017 school year,91. 42%（ 1 129/1 235） of kindergartens and primary schools used the system for immunization certificate inspection. The data entry rate of enrolled children was85. 36%（ 225 103/263 701）. The missed immunization rate（ 0. 53‰-14. 55‰） of 11 vaccines in 2016 was lower than the rate in 2014（ 0. 79‰-17. 38‰）,and in 2015（ 0. 66‰-15. 70‰）（ Chi-square test,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Use of the self-operated information system for immunization certificate inspection supported immunization certificate inspection and prevention of missed vaccinations; its use was associated with a reduction of missed opportunity for immunization.
