摘  要:结构化国际联合培养博士生院模式是德国为了培养创新型国际科研学术人才进行的高层次学术体制的改革。结构化是国际联合培养的核心理念。德国结构化国际联合培养博士生院模式涵盖以下四个层面:培养理念结构化、培养平台结构化、培养管理结构化、培养课程结构化。结构化国际联合培养博士生模式在国际视野、科学威望以及合作网络建构与强化等方面较传统博士生院模式拥有显著的优势。The structured model for international joint training of doctoral students is the reform of high-level academic system that Germany carries out to cultivate the internationally innovative research and academic talents.Structuring is the core idea of international joint training. The structured model of international doctoral students in Germany covers such four aspects as the structured training concept, the structured training platform, the structured training management and the structured training curriculum. The structured model for international joint training has a significant advantage over the traditional doctoral-student training model in terms of international vision, scientific prestige as well as the construction and enhancement of cooperative networks.
