摘 要:针对水泥路面表面损伤修补材料应当具有良好的适应性、界面粘结强度高和较强耐久性等特点,对砂浆类修补材料进行复合改性,研发出一种新型有机-无机类复合修补材料--CAE复合胶浆。对不同龄期的CAE砂浆进行抗折、抗压试验以及冲击韧性试验并采用XRD、红外光谱和SEM等微观测试方法研究其硬化机理。研究结果表明,环氧乳液掺量为30%时,CAE复合胶浆抗折强度与普通砂浆差别不大,抗压强度较普通砂浆低,但冲击韧性显著提高。加入乳化沥青和环氧乳液能够延缓水泥水化但不能阻碍水化进程,环氧乳液能够在CAE复合胶浆中完全固化,乳化沥青和环氧乳液固化形成的网络结构与水泥水化产物相互交织穿插,有效改善了CAE复合胶浆材料的孔隙结构。The cement pavement surface damage repairing materials should have characteristics of good adaptability,high bonding strength and strong durability,leading the the attenuation on the composite modified of mortar repair materials. A new kind of organic-inorganic composite repair materials-CAE composite mortar was prepared. The flexural strength,compressive strength and anti-impact toughness of CAE mortar at different ages were tested. And the micro morphology of the hardening product at different ages of cement paste,cement emulsified asphalt mastic,cement epoxy emulsion mastic and cement emulsified asphalt waterborne epoxy( CAE) mastic and the hardening mechanism were studied by XRD,SEM and FT-IR. The results show that when the amount of epoxy emulsion is 30%,there is no significant difference in flexural strength of the CAE composite mortar and compressive strength is lower than cement paste's,however,the result of anti-impact toughness test was significantly improved. And the emulsified asphalt and epoxy emulsion can delay the hydration of cement,but cannot prevent the hydration process.The Infrared Spectrometry( IR) results show that epoxy emulsion can be completely cured in CAE mastic. The network structure formed by emulsified asphalt and epoxy emulsion with the hydration products of cement are interspersed each other,so it makes the pore structure of CAE composite mortar materials improved.
