摘  要:目的探讨五年制临床医学专业教学改革的实施效果。方法选取广西医科大学教改实施后的毕业学生。对其在校期间部分综合性考试成绩进行研究,比较教改班与非教改班学生考试成绩的差异;以问卷调查的方式,了解157名授课教师对教学过程和教学改革方案的评价。结果教改班学生的综合性理论成绩高于非教改班,而技能操作考试成绩无统计学差异。调查问卷结果显示,教师肯定了教改班学生更为优秀的日常表现,认为临床教学改革方案基本合理。结论提出通过注重培养学生综合素质、提高教师队伍质量以及充分利用教学资源等途径是临床教学改革发展的必由之路。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of five-year clinical medicine specialty teaching reform. METHODS The graduates after teaching reform of Guangxi Medical University were selected. Studying their part of the comprehensive examination results during the period of school, and comparing the differences in the results between the teaching reform class students and the non teaching reform class students; through the questionnaire survey, to investigate the evaluation of 157 instructors about teaching process and teaching reform scheme. RESULTS The teaching reform class students were higher than the others in comprehensive theory scores, and there was no statistical difference in skill exam scores. The questionnaire results showed that teachers approved the teaching reform class students had the better performances, and considered clinical teaching reform scheme was basically reasonable. CONCLUSION It is the only way to develop clinical medicine specialty teaching reform by raising the comprehensive quality of the students, improving the quality of the teachers and making full use of the teaching resources
