摘 要:通过开断部分指定电压等级输电线路调整电网网架,可增加相应节点与电源间电气距离,是简单易行、经济有效、应用普遍的限流方法。根据电网中调整网架结构时线路开断组合的应用特点,考虑限流需求及保持电网安全性的关系,提出一种基于转移阻抗灵敏度加权和的适应函数作为全局限流效果及其均衡度的衡量指标。在此基础上提出线路开断组合的网架调整数学模型,并从路径选择策略、信息素更新方式和调节因子取值等方面改进蚁群优化,形成一种快速计算的网架调整全局优化算法。通过对广东电网的测试验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。The adjustment of the power grid by breaking parts of specified voltage grade transmission lines can increase the electrical distance among over-standard nodes and source nodes in the network. This is a simple and effective measure of limiting short circuit current and widely applied in the power system operation. According to the application characteristics of breaking transmission lines in the adjustment of power grid structure, and considering the current limit requirements as well as maintaining the power grid security, an index fitness function based on impedance sensitivity weighted value is proposed to reflect the degree and proportionality of current limiting effect. The power grid adjusting model with breaking the transmission lines is proposed. The ant colony optimization is improved in the aspects of path selection strategy, pheromone updating and adjustment factor to obtain a rapid calculation and global optimization of power grid adjustment. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by the network adjustment scheme test of Guangdong power grid.
