摘  要:为提高夹芯保温外墙板的性能指标,研发了一种新型非金属连接件产品,并系统研究了产品的规格及性能要求,标准化定型,连接构造及受力变形性能等设计参数。同时,对非金属连接件的拉拔性能与抗剪切性能开展试验研究,得出连接件的抗拔承载力,抗剪承载力及非金属连接件的拉拔与剪切破坏模式,为采用非金属连接件设计非组合夹心保温外墙板提供了技术支撑。In order to improve the performance of sandwich facade panel, a new type of non metallic connector product was researched. Specifications and performance requirements, standardized stereotypes, connection structure and stress deformation performance and other design parameters of the product have been studied systematically. An experimental study on the tensile properties and shear resistance properties of non metallic connector has been done to draw the uplift bearing capacity, shear capacity of the connector also the drawing and shearing failure modes of the non metallic connector. This has provided the technical support for the design of non combination sandwich facade panel with non metallic connector.
