穴位注射联合中药贴敷对哮喘大鼠细胞因子IL-10、IL-17的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位注射草分枝杆菌联合中药贴敷对哮喘大鼠对细胞因子IL-10、IL-17的影响。方法:60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、穴位注射组(穴注组)、中药贴敷组(贴敷组)、穴注联合贴敷组(穴贴组)。对照组与模型组生理盐水及空贴代替,其余各组给予相应的治疗干预。进行肺组织HE染色,及IL-10、IL-17的含量测定。结果:穴注、贴敷、穴注+贴敷治疗能够明显减轻气道炎症,升高IL-10水平、降低IL-17水平,穴注联合贴敷效果更明显。结论:穴位注射草分枝杆菌以及中药贴敷能够通过升高IL-10、降低IL-17水平,改善Treg/Th17细胞失衡状态,减轻气道炎症,发挥治疗作用,联合应用作用更加显著。Objective ： To explore the effect of aeupoint injection of mycobacterium and acupoint sticking of Chinese herbs on the expression of interleukin-10 （IL-10） and interleukin-17 （IL-17） in asthmatic rats. Methods： 60Wistar male rats were randomly divided into controlled group, model group, acupoint injection group （injection group）, acupoint sticking group （sticking group）, acupoint injection combined with sticking group （injection combined with sticking group）. The controlled group and the model group Were replaced by saline and empty paste, and the other groups were given corresponding treatment intervention. Lung tissue HE staining, and the content of IL-10 and IL-17were determined. Results： Acupoint injection, acupoint sticking and injection combined with sticking could obviously reduce airway inflammation, increase IL-101evel and decrease IL-17 level, and ttie effect of acupoint injectioncombined with sticking was more obvious. Conclusion： Acupoint injection of mycobacterium and acupoint sticking can increase the level of IL-10 and decrease the level of IL-17, improve Treg/Th17 ce11 imbalance, reduce airway inflammation and play a therapeutic role. Acupoint injection combined with sticking is more significant.
