软坚通脉汤配合八段锦对促进冠脉内支架植入术后心脏康复的作用  

Effect of Baduanjin Combined with Ruanjian Tongmai Decoction on Cardiac Rehabilitation of Patients after Coronary Stent Implantation

摘　　要：目的:观察八段锦配合软坚通脉汤对促进冠脉内支架植入术后患者心脏康复的作用。方法:选取我院收治的行冠脉内支架植入术后患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各43例。其中对照组给予八段锦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上配合软坚通脉汤治疗。观察2组中医证候积分、临床疗效、血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Ga L-3)水平。结果:治疗后2组胸闷、心悸、神倦怠力、体胖痰多积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率86.05%显著高于对照组65.12%(P<0.05);治疗后2组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、Ga L-3水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦配合软坚通脉汤能够有效减轻冠脉内支架植入术后患者胸闷、心悸等临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,提高治疗效果。Objective： To observe the effect of Baduanjin combined with Ruanjian Tongmai Decoction on cardiac rehabilita- tion of patients after coronary stent implantation. Methods ： 86cases of patients treated with coronary stent implantation in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into study group and controlled group according to random number table method, 43cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with Baduanjin, and the study group were combined with Ruan- jian Tongmai Decoction. TCM syndrome integral, clinical efficacy, serum high-sensitivity C reactive protein （hs-CRP） and inter- leukin-6 （IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor-or （TNF-ot）, galectin-3 （GaL-3） levels were observed in the tWO groups. Results： After treatment, chest tightness, heart palpitations, body fat phlegm integral were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P〈0. 05 ）, which of the study group was significantly lower than those of the controlled group （ P〈0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the study group was 86.05%, significantly higher than that of 65.12% of the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, and GaL-3in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈 0. 05）, which of the study group was significantly lower than those of the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Baduanjin combined with Ruanjian Tongmai Decoction can effectively reduce clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease, chest tightness, heart palpitations after coronary stent implantation, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and improve treatment effect.
