益气化痰汤联合肝素治疗肺心病疗效评价及对患者心、肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨化痰汤联合肝素治疗肺心病疗效及对患者心、肺功能的影响。方法:以我院在2016年1月~2017年6月收治的100例肺心病患者作为研究对象,根据其治疗方式的不同,将其分为观察组(n=52)与对照组(n=48)。对照组患者单纯使用肝素进行治疗,而观察组患者联合使用化痰汤与肝素进行治疗。对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:(1)治疗前,两组患者心脏彩超相关指标(SV、EF、PASP)无明显差别(P>0.05),而在治疗后,观察组PASP明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而观察组患SV、EF明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前,两组患者肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)无明显差别(P>0.05),而在治疗后,观察组上述指标值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗前,两组患者血气分析指标(PaO_2、PaCO_2、PH)无明显差别(P>0.05),而在治疗后,观察组PaO_2、PH指标值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而该组患者PaCO_2指标值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗前,两组患者生存质量评分(PF、BP、GH)无明显差别(P>0.05),而在治疗后,观察组患者上述指标值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(5)实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(86.54%VS 58.33%,P<0.05)。结论:化痰汤联合肝素治疗肺心病能有效改善患者心、肺功能,提高其生活质量,疗效确切。因此,该方法值得在临床上推广和使用。Objective： To study the effect of Yiqi Huatan Decoction combined with heparin in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease and the effect on the cardio-pulmonary function. Methods： The 100patients with pulmonary heart disease were trea- ted in our hospital. They were considered as study objects and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into observation group （n = 52） and controlled group （n = 48 ）. The patients were treated with Yiqi Huatan Decoction combined with heparin in the observation group, while the patients were treated with heparin in the controlled group. The treatment effects were observed and compared. Results： （ 1 ） Before treatment, it was not significantly different between these two groups about the related indexes of echocardiography （SV, EF and PASP）, pulmonary function （FVC, FEVland FEV1/FVC）. The index of blood gas analysis （PaO2, PaCO2 and PH） and score for quality of life （PF, BP and GH） （P〉0. 05）, but after treatment, the value of PASP and PaCO2 in the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group （P〈0. 05）, while the indexes including SV, EF, the index of pulmonary function, PaO2, PH and score for quality of life were significantly higher in the observa- tion group than the controlled group （P〈0.05）. （2） The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the controlled group （86. 54% VS 58. 33% , P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huatan Decoction combined with heparin is used in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease and it strengths the cardio-pulmonary function of patients with improved the quality of life for them. The treatment effect is significant and this method is recommended in clinical.
