化瘀顺经汤治疗气滞血瘀型月经不调40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀顺经汤治疗气滞血瘀型月经不调临床疗效以及对性激素水平影响。方法:病例选自本院2014年7月~2016年8月收治气滞血瘀型月经不调患者80例,根据入院顺序随机分为2组,对照组(40例)服用香砂益母汤进行治疗,观察组(40例)服用化瘀顺经汤进行治疗,4周为1个疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、月经失调积分和中医证候积分、激素水平变化。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组月经失调和中医证候积分均显著下降(P<0.05),观察组月经失调积分和中医证候积分分别为(3.26±1.65)分、(7.33±3.06)分,对照组月经失调积分和中医证候积分分别为(4.73±1.81)分、(10.32±3.97)分,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组E2水平显著升高,FSH水平显著下降(P<0.05),观察组E2、FSH水平分别为(162.92±54.37)pmol/ml和(14.13±4.86)mIU/ml,对照组E2、FSH水平分别为(123.84±39.56)pmol/ml和(17.46±5.07)mIU/ml,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀顺经汤治疗气滞血瘀型月经不调临床疗效显著,有效改善月经失调和中医证候症状,平衡性激素水平。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Huayu Shunjing Decoction in the treatment of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type abnormal menstruation and the effect on levels of sex hormones. Methods ： A total of 80patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type abnormal menstruation treated in our hospital during July 2014to August 2016were enrolled in the study. According to the order of admission, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40cases in each group. The controlled group were treated with Xiangsha Yimu Decoction while the observation group were treated with Huayu Shunjing Decoction, 4weeks as lcourse, the two groups were treated for 2courses. The clinical effect, score of menstrual disorders, TCM syndrome score and changes of hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the controlled group （95.0% vs 77. 5% ） （P〈0.05）. After treatment, scores of menstrual disorders and TCM syndrome in the two groups were significantly decreased （ P〈0. 05 ）. The above scores of the observation group were （3.26±1.65） and （7. 33±3.06）, respectively while of the controlled group were （4. 73±1.81 ） and （ 10. 32±3. 97）, respectively （P〈0. 05）. After treatment, E2 levels in two groups were increased significantly, FSH levels were decreased significantly （P〈0. 05）. The above levels in the observation group were （162. 92±54. 37） pmol/ml and （14. 13±4. 86） mIU/ml, respectively while in the controlled group were （ 123.84±39. 56） pmol/ml and （ 17. 46±5.07） mIU/ml （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Huayu Shunjing Decoction is effective in the treatment of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type abnormal menstruation. It can effectively relieve menstrual disorders and TCM symptoms and balance levels of sex hormones.
