摘　　要：针对轮体高精度均布槽加工中存在的问题,通过改进工艺装备及工艺方法,从根本上解决了产品质量不稳定的状况,在保证产品质量的同时,不仅提高了生产效率,并且降低了工人的劳动强度。Aiming at the high precision uniform wheel groove problem, through the improvement of process equip- ment and process, and fundamentally solve the unstahle product quality, along with ensuring product quality, not only improve the production efficiency, but also reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
