摘 要:在pH=7.0的醋酸铵缓冲液中,刚果红与钙黄绿素能够发生有效的能量转移,使钙黄绿素荧光猝灭,环丙沙星的加入可使体系的荧光强度增强,由此建立了荧光光度法测定环丙沙星的分析方法.钙黄绿素—刚果红—环丙沙星荧光体系的激发与发射波长分别为492nm与512nm,环丙沙星在2.0~15.0mg/L质量浓度范围内与体系的荧光增强呈良好线性关系,线性方程为ΔF=5.56ρ+35.6,线性相关系数为0.998 9.将该法用于市售胶囊中环丙沙星的测定,结果满意.It was found that the effective energy transfer could occur between congo red and calcein in the acetate buffer solution(pH=7.0),which quenched the fluorescence intensity of calcein.The fluorescence of calcein reappeared with the addition of ciprofloxacin.Therefore,a new fluorescence method was developed for indirect determination of ciprofloxacin.The excitation and emission wavelengths were set at 492 nm and 512 nm.The fluorescence intensity showed a good linear relationship with the concentrations of ciprofloxacin in the range of 2.0—15.0 mg/L.The linear equation isΔF=5.56ρ+35.6,and linear correlation coefficient is 0.998 9.This method has been applied to the determination of ciprofloxacin in tablets,and the analytical results were in agreement with those obtained by the HPLC method.
