摘  要:定量评估管道缺陷的严重程度,对避免油气管道事故的发生以及节约维修费用具有十分重要的意义。以有限元理论为基础,建立了双划痕埋地输油管道有限元三维模型,分析了双划痕管道应力分布情况,分别讨论了划痕轴向距离、深度以及相对角度的变化对管道应力的影响及其变化规律。研究结果表明:划痕深度和划痕相对角度是影响管道应力的重要因素,划痕轴向距离在一定范围内对管道应力产生影响,当超过这一值后对管道应力几乎不产生影响。In order to avoid the occurrence of pipeline accidents and save maintenance costs, it is of great significance to quantitatively evaluate the severity of pipeline defects. Based on finite element theory, three-dimensional finite element model for a double scratches defect of buried oil pipeline was established, the stress distribution of the pipeline with double scratches was analyzed, the effect of defect depth, axial distance and relative angle on the pipeline stress and its variation was investigated. The results show that the depth and relative angle of scratch are the important factors affecting the stress of pipeline,the axial distance of the scratch has a certain influence on the stress of the pipeline, but when the axial distance exceeds certain value, it has no influence on the stress of the pipeline.
