摘　　要：目的分析1986-2015年国内肥胖症流行病学调查及防治工作的研究状况。方法以中国知网、维普、万方数据库为统计源,检索1986-2015年国内肥胖症流行病学调查的研究文献,应用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果共搜集284篇肥胖症流行病学调查文献,其年度期间发表的文献量总体上呈现上升趋势,其中核心期刊117篇,一般期刊167篇,核心期刊中以现代预防医学、中国公共卫生、中国学校卫生、中国儿童保健杂志和中国妇幼保健5本杂志发文量较多;流行病学调查地区集中在华东、华北、华南经济较为发达地区,多以儿童为调查对象,采用分层整群随机抽样的调查方法较多,前瞻性研究较少;而肥胖症的发生率主要受到性别、饮食、年龄、遗传、运动等因素的影响;并与某些疾病的患病率成正相关性。结论我国的肥胖症形势严峻,科学地设计流行病学调查方案,探索有效的防治措施迫在眉睫。Objective To analyze the research condition of domestic epidemiological investigation and prevention work of obesity from the year of 1986 to 2015. Method The database of cnki.net, rip ,wanfang was adopted as statistics source, and retrieved the searching papers on domestic epidemiological investigation of obesity, and the Excel was adopted to do statistical analysis. Results there were 284 domestic epidemiological investigation of obesity on the database of cnki.net, and there was an increasing trend on the annual publication of papers. And 117 papers were published on core journal, 167articles of general periodicals. The higher numbers of published papers were usually seen in those five journals： Modem Preventive Medicine, Public Health of China, Chinese School Health, Chinese Journal of Child Health Care of China.And the regions of epidemiologieal investigation were usually centralized in the economically developed regions such as eastern, northern and southern China.Children were usually set as research objectives, and the searching method of stratified cluster random sampling was adopted more frequently than prospective study. The incidence of obesity is mainly influenced by gender, diet, age, genetics, exercise and other factors,is also positive correlation of certain diseases. Conclusion The obesity situation in our country is grim, scientific design of epidemiological investigation program, and the exploration on the scientific and effective Prevention and treatment measures is imminent.
