摘  要:目的探讨微波消解(MD),石墨炉-原子吸收光谱法(GF-AAS),快速检测土壤中铬的最佳方法。方法对土壤样品采用硝酸+盐酸+氢氟酸(3:1:1),微波消解,消解后用高温快速除酸,GF-AAS进行样品测定,计算定量。结果铬标准溶液吸光度在0.00μg^50.00μg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好,该法检出限0.38μg/g,相关系数r=0.999 3,样品加标回收率88.2%~100.3%,RSD 4.0%。结论该法不仅快速而且简便,是一种准确和可靠的方法,非常适合测定土壤中的铬。Objective To explore the best determination method for rapid detection of chromium in soil with Microwave digestion and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluo- ric acid (3:1:1) was used to digest the soil samples with microwave, then remove acid fast under high temperature. GFAAS was used to determine the samples, then calculated and quantitatived the samples. Results Chromium stan- dard solution absorbance concentration range was in 0.00 pLg - 50.00 μg/L. The linear relationship was good. The method detection limit was 0.38 μg/g, the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 3. The standard addition recovery rate of the sample was 88.2 % - 100.3 %, the RSD was 4.0 %.Conclusion This method is not only fast and convenient, it is a kind of accurate and reliable method,which is very suitable for determination of chromium in soil.
