摘  要:主要讲述关于紫铜和不锈钢异种材料的氩弧钎焊(TIG钎焊)工艺,属于异种材料焊接。因为铜优良的导热性和不锈钢的耐腐蚀性,这两者相结合形成一个完整的工件,能够在核电换热系统中应用,而且可以稳定工作。而采用TIG钎焊的原因是在于TIG钎焊热输入集中,能在薄板焊接中发挥焊接方法本身的优势。而且这种焊接方法污染小,无焊渣和烟尘,较为环保。The paper mainly tells argon arc brazing (TIG) process of red copper and stainless steel dissimilar materials ,which belongs to dissimilar material welding.Because of the good thermal conductivity of copper and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel,the combination of these two will form a complete workpiece,which can be used in nuclear power heat exchange system and can operate stably.The reason of adopting TIG brazing is that TIG brazing thermal input can exert the advantages of welding method itself in thin plate welding, and this kind of welding method has little pollution, no welding slag and dust ,which is better for enivronment.
