摘 要:由于设备工艺的原因,高世代线大尺寸液晶显示屏Mura的不良发生率较高。Mura不良在显示上主要表现为局部灰度差异,理论上可通过提高或降低不良区域的灰阶值减轻不良现象。本文主要针对Mura不良电学补偿的研究,阐述一种Mura不良修复方法的原理,修复系统的构成。在实际生产中可有效降低Mura不良率,提高产品品质,增加公司效益。Due to the equipment and process of high generation production line, the incidence of Mura is higher than before. In fact, the defect of Mura is mainly represented by the gray scale difference. In theory, it can be reduced by increasing or decreasing the gray scale value of the defect zone. This paper mainly aims at the study of electrical compensation for the defect of Mura, expounds the principle of one repair method and the composition of the repair system. Finally, it can effectively reduce the rejection ratio of Mura, im- prove the quality of products, and increase the efficiency of the company.
