摘 要:为了改善刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的抗爆裂性,分别将金属铝粉、有机纤维、偶氮二甲酰胺和乳酸铝以及其复合后的防爆剂添加到刚玉-尖晶石浇注料中,探讨了其对浇注料物理性能和防爆裂性的影响。实验结果表明:在添加量适中的情况下,四种防爆剂均能改善刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的防爆裂性;相较而言,金属铝粉对改善浇注料防爆裂性的效果最好,偶氮二甲酰胺和有机纤维次之,乳酸铝较差;浇注料中复合加入复合防爆剂(0.06wt.%金属铝粉、0.03wt.%有机纤维和0.05wt.%乳酸铝)时,抗爆裂温度最高,约900℃,并且浇注料的物理性能有所改善。In order to improve corundum-spinel castables' anti-explosion performance, the influence of anti-explosives such as aluminum powder, polymeric fiber, azodicarbonamide and aluminum lactate on the properties of corundum-spinel castables were researched. The results showed: a proper amount of each of these four additives could improve the anti-explosion performance of the castables. In comparison, aluminum powder had the most obvious effect on improving the explosion-proof performance of the castables, followed by polymeric fiber and azodicarbonamide. The castables containing 0.06wt.% aluminum powder, 0.03wt.% polymeric fiber and 0.05wt.% aluminum lactate, had the highest anti-explosion temperature and superior physical properties.
