摘 要:钧红釉是中国传统名贵釉种之一,其呈色效果受多种因素综合影响。本文研究了在空气过剩系数一致的前提下以H2与CH4为辅助燃料对钧红釉呈色效果的影响,测量了样品的色度值并结合SEM、EDS和XPS检测结果讨论了对呈色影响的内在机理。认为传统以空气过剩系数为指标划分窑炉气氛不能反映燃烧气氛对材料性能影响的真实情况,提出燃料燃烧过程中形成的自由原子与游离基是造成钧红釉颜色变化的关键因素,有必要将燃烧过程中包含自由原子与游离基在内的烟气成分纳入划分燃烧气氛的指标体系。Abstraet:Jun Hong glaze is one of the traditional famous glazes in China, its color effects by a variety of combined factors. In this paper, with the same excess air coefficient, the influences of H2 and CH4 on the coloring of Jun Hong glaze were studied. The chromaticity values of the samples were measured and the internal mechanism of the influence was discussed based on the results of SEM, EDS and XPS analysis. It is proposed that the formation of free atoms and radicals during fuel combustion are the key factors that cause the color change of Jun red glaze. The authors believe that the traditional method cannot reflect the real situation of the influence of combustion atmosphere on the material properties, in which the excess air coefficient is the only indicator to divide the kiln atmosphere. A composite index system includes the kinds and contents of free atoms and radicals should be considering as the indicator for the division of the kiln atmosphere.
