摘 要:以高铝复相空心球、焦宝石、漂珠、矾土细粉、α-Al_2O_3、铝酸盐水泥(Secar71)为主要原料制备了轻质浇注料,通过对试样的XRD物相分析和SEM显微结构分析,研究了漂珠的加入量对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:(1)漂珠加入量为5wt.%-10wt.%时,试样具有较高的显气孔率和较低的体积密度,试样的隔热性能和高温强度得到了增强;(2)漂珠的加入量几乎不影响试样的物相组成,但能在试样的内部形成更多的球形气孔,且加入量越多,热导率越低。The light-weight castables were prepared by aluminum multiple-phase hollow ball, flint clay, flowing beads, alumina powder, α-Al2O3, and aluminate cement. The effect of flowing beads on the properties of the light-weight castables were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the addition of the flowing beads hardly affected the phase composition of the samples. Castables containing 5wt.%-10wt.% flowing beads had higher porosity and lower bulk density while retained equivalent cold strength in contrast with the castables without flowing beads. In the meanwhile, the hot strength and thermal insulation of the castables with 5 wt.%-10 wt.% flowing beads were reinforced.
