摘 要:本文在石墨烯改性碳纤维的基础上,通过添加聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)造孔、浸渍法、水热法等制备出不同的Pt-SnO_2/改性碳纤维阳极催化剂。以扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱图、电催化性能、单电池发电性能等手段对其结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,添加PVDF造孔后的催化剂催化性能最好,峰电流密度可达137.33mA/cm,其电阻也明显降低;当制备成单电池时,最高功率密度达22.89mW/cm^2。Based on the graphene modified carbon fiber, different Pt-SnO2 modified carbon fiber anode catalysts were prepared by adding polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) through impregnating method and hydrothermal method. The physical and chemical properties of the cathode catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X- ray diffraction, Raman spectra, electric catalytic properties, single battery power performance and so on. The results showed that the catalyst has the best catalytic performance after adding pore-forming agent PVDF, the peak current density is 137.33mA·cm^-2, its resistance is also significantly reduced. When it is prepared to a single cell, the highest power density is 22.89 mW.cm^-2.
