摘 要:为了研究艾灸过程生物组织内的传热特性,探究艾灸疗法的温热刺激机理。本文采用红外热像仪和热电偶探针,对离体猪肉腹部组织和均匀琼脂凝胶在温和灸("拨灰"和"不拨灰")过程中的空间温度场分布和变化规律进行了实验研究。从生物传热学角度分析了离体猪肉组织艾灸过程的组织传热机理和动态响应特征。研究结果表明:温和灸的"拨灰"过程有利于提高组织表皮及内部温度,延长高温持续时间,加强艾灸温热刺激的作用;艾条燃烧的辐射在猪肉组织皮肤层中有明显的散射衰减,且琼脂凝胶与离体猪肉均具有温度滞后现象,可使用琼脂凝胶来代替离体生物组织简化实验。In order to study the heat transfer characteristics of biological tissue during moxibustion and explore the underlying thermal mechanisms of moxibustion therapy. The transient temperature distribution and variation in the in-vitro porcine tissue and agar gel during different gentle moxibustion treatments (with and without cleaning ash) were investigated experimentally with an infrared camera and thermoeouples. The detailed heat. transfer mechanisms in in-vitro porcine tissue and thermal response to moxibustion were analyzed with bio-heat transfer theory. The results indicate that the ash-clean operation is helpful in elevating temperatures in tissue, extending the treatment time under high temperature and enhancing the warm stimulation effect of moxibustion. The radiation from burning moxa sticks has a large attenuation in the porcine skin. The temperature lag exists both in agar gel and porcine tissue during heat transfer and it's feasible to use agar gel as tissue-mimicking phantom in simplified heat transfer experiments.
