摘  要:针对现有船载应急围油栏存在的问题和不足,设计船舶近体应急围油栏,用于船舶溢油的近体应急围控。基于主流计算流体力学软件FLUENT,建立可以模拟自由水面微幅波及水流的二维数值波浪水池,并在该数值水池中加入船舶近体应急围油栏模型和漂浮溢油,进行围油栏的随波浮动及围油过程的模拟研究。对设计参数下的纯水流、纯波浪和波流耦合作用时的栏前油层状态特性及变化趋势进行研究,预测围油失效风险,探究流速为一般临界值的水流条件下,油层厚度、波高和波长参数对围油栏围油效果的影响。Aiming at the existing problems and shortcomings in the existing lash-up oil booms, a kind of lash-up oil boom laid close to the broken hull is designed that can siege ships' oil around the broken hull. Based on FLUENT which is one of mainstream computational fluid dynamics softwares, a two-dimensional numerical wave pool that is capable of simulating the fluctuating surface of the free water surface is established. The oil boom model and floating oil are added into the numerical pool, and then proceeding simulation studies of oil boom floating and oil siege. Based on the conditions of pure water flow, the pure wave and the wave current coupling, the state characteristics and the trend of the front oil layer are studied to predict the risk of lose efficacy of oil siege. The influence of oil layer thickness, wave height and wavelength parameters on the oil effect of the oil boom are studied on the basis of the flow rate equal to the general critical value.
