摘 要:利用化学液相沉淀法,通过非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇1540调控合成了纳米硫酸钡,并采用X射线粉末衍射和透射电镜对所得纳米硫酸钡进行了结构和形貌表征,进一步比较了聚乙二醇1540用量和沉淀剂种类(硫酸钠及硫酸氢钠)对其粒径和粒径分布的影响。结果表明:所得纳米硫酸钡均为正交相结构;相对于硫酸氢钠,硫酸钠为沉淀剂时所合成的纳米BaSO_4更小更均匀;添加适量的聚乙二醇1540能够有效防止团聚,当聚乙二醇1540和纳米硫酸钡的质量比为1.42∶1时,所得纳米硫酸钡的形貌和尺寸较均匀,平均粒径为42nm。Barium sulfate nanomaterials were successfully synthesized through the regulation of a non-ionic surfactant polyethylene glycol 1540 (PEG1540) by chemical precipitation method. The structure and morphology of barium sul- fate nanomaterials were characterizated by X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscopy, and the effect of dosage of polyethylene glycol 1540 and precipitating agents including sodium sulfate and sodium bisulfite on the particle size and their distribution of barium sulfate nanomaterials were further compared. The results showed that all barium sulphate nanomaterials were orthorhombic phase~ the obtained BaSO4 nanomaterials was smaller and more uniform when using sodium sulphate other than sodium bisulphate as precipitating agent ; Adding appropriate amount of polyethylene glycol 1540 could effectively prevent agglomeration, and the morphology and size of barium sulfate nanomaterials were more uniform with the average particle size of 42 nm when the mass ratio of polyethylene glycol 1540 and barium sulfate was 1.42.
