摘  要:对比了国内外污泥厌氧消化、沼气利用和生物质内燃机的研究和应用情况,我国污水处理厂污泥通过厌氧发酵热电联产仅占2%。介绍了海泊河污水处理厂污水和污泥的处理规模、处理工艺,分析了该厂沼气热电联产运行工艺和包括厌氧发酵系统、沼气热电联产系统及余热回收系统3部分的中温消化-热电联产流程的运行原理、运行参数和运行情况。2016年实际运行结果表明,热电联产运行稳定、收益较高,固定费用389.38万元/年,沼气发电收入593万元/年,净利润203.62万元/年。Study and application of sludge anaerobic digestion, sludge-gas utilization and biomass internal combustion engine at home and abroad were compared. Sludge of sewage treatment plant through anaerobic fermentation cogeneration was accounting for only 2% in China. The treatment scale and treatment process of sewage and sludge of Haibohe sewage/reatment plant were introduced, The operation principle, operating parameters and operation conditions of the combined production process of methane cogeneration and the process of middle temperature digestion and cogeneration (include three parts, the anaerobic fermentation system, the biogas cogeneration system and the waste heat recovery system) were.analyzed. The actual operation results of 2016 showed that, the cogeneration operation was stable and the income was high, the fixed charge, income of biogas power generation and retained profits was 3 893 800 yuan/y, 5 930 000 yuan/y and 2 036 200 yuan/y respectively.
