摘 要:为分析离子发生器应用于R32家用空调器的可能性,首先通过缩短离子发生器正负两极之间的距离(25 mm,15 mm,5 mm,1 mm)分析其是否可以引燃浓度为25%的R32制冷剂,其次研究正负两极间距为1 mm的离子发生器是否可以引燃不同浓度的R32制冷剂,最后通过实例说明正常工作下离子发生器无法引燃泄漏的R32制冷剂。对R32家用空调器的控制软件进行优化设计,使室内风机与离子发生器联动,加强离子发生器在R32家用空调器应用的安全性。In order to analyze the possibility that the ion generator is applied to R32 household air conditioner,firstly,it's analyzed whether it can ignite R32 with concentration of 25% by shortening the distance between positive pole and negative pole of ion generator( 25 mm,15 mm,5 mm,1 mm). Secondly,it's studied whether it can ignite R32 with different concentrations when the distance of bipolar is 1 mm. Finally,it's verified that the ion generator can't ignite the leaked R32 during running normally by means of one sample. The optimization design on the control software of R32 household air conditioner is conducted,so as to achieve the linkage between indoor fan and ion generator,and strengthen safety for the application of ion generator to R32 household air conditioner.
