摘 要:目的了解2014-2016年连云港诺如病毒在腹泻人群中的感染流行状况,为诺如病毒预防控制提供参考依据。方法收集2014.1-2016.12连云港地区腹泻粪便样品1 565份,采用实时荧光PCR进行诺如病毒Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型检测,并分析流行状况。结果 2014-2016年,连云港市腹泻人群中诺如病毒总阳性率为8.24%(129/1 565),诺如病毒Ⅰ型(GI)和Ⅱ型(GII)均存在,GI型占6.98%(9/129);GII型占93.02%(120/129)。以GII型为主。各年度、性别、地区腹泻患者中阳性率无差异,0~5岁组、5~65岁组和65~组阳性率有差异;诺如病毒GII型在散居儿童、托幼儿童和学生腹泻人群阳性率9.25%(88/951)高于其他腹泻人群阳性率5.21%(32/614);2014-2016年诺如病毒阳性率依次为6.99%(43/615)、10.06%(49/487)和7.99%(37/463),2014年5月、2015年11月和2016年5月的阳性率高于平均水平。结论诺如病毒在连云港地区感染稳定存在,有爆发感染的潜在风险,应加强预防控制工作。Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics of Norovirus in diarrheic population in Lianyungang from 2014 to 2016,and to provide a scientific basis for developing prevention strategies for norovirus infection. Methods 1 565 faeces samples were collected from a diarrheic population in Lianyungang city between 2014.1 -2016.12, and Real -time RT -PCR was used for the detecting of NoVs GI (GI) and NoVs GII (GII). The epidemic situation was analyzed. Results The total positive rate of norovirus among the diarrheic population was 8.24% ( 129/1 565 ). Both NoVs GI and NoVs GII were detected, with GI accounting for 6. 98% ( 9/129 ) and GII accounting for 93.02% ( 120/129 ), and NoVs GII was predominant in Lianyungang city. There was no significant difference in years, genders and regions,whereas the positive rate among groups 0 - 5,5 - 65 and 65 - was significantly different. It was higher among scattered children,children and students group(9.25% ,88/ 951 )than that among the other groups (5.21% ,32/614)for NoVs GII positive rate. The positive rates from 2014 to 2016 were 6.99% (43/615), 10. 06% ( 49/487 ) and 7.99% ( 37/463 ), with the positive rates ( May/2014, Nov/2015, May/2016 ) especially higher than the average level. Conclusion There is a stable existence of Norovirus infection in Lianyungang, and there is a potential danger of Norovirus outbreak. We should strengthen the surveillance and prevention of Norovirus.
