摘 要:采用硫酸炭化淀粉液相沉积法将国产短切炭纤维进行改性处理,并将其作为摩擦材料的增强体,以改性腰果壳油酚醛树脂为基体黏结剂,铜粉、重晶石、高温煅烧氧化铝、人造石墨、提纯石墨、橡胶粉、摩擦粉等为填料和性能调节剂,通过干法热压法制备了短切炭纤维制动摩擦片,并对其性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:短切炭纤维的含量为3%~11%时,平均摩擦系数为0.29~0.41,其含量对摩擦片的摩擦系数影响不大;当炭纤维含量为9%时,摩擦片的高低温摩擦系数差值为0.012,摩擦性能最稳定,而且其磨损率为0.12×10^(-7)cm^3·N^(-1)·m^(-1),磨损率最小,与未处理的炭纤维摩擦片相比较,其磨损率降低了74%。The domestic chopped carbon fiber, as the reinforcing material of friction material, was modified by liquid phase deposi- tion method of sulfuric acid carbonized starch. With the modified cashew nut shell oil phenolic resin as matrix binder, copper pow- der, barite, calcined alumina, artificial graphite, purified graphite, rubber powder, and fictional powder as filler and friction perfor- mance regulator, the chopped carbon fiber brake were prepared by dry hot pressing method and its properties were studied. Research results show that when the content of chopped carbon fiber is 3%-11%, the average friction coefficient is 0.29~0.41, and its content has little effect on the friction coefficient of the friction plate; when the carbon fiber content is 9%, the change of friction coefficient of the friction film is 0.012 at high and low temperature, and the friction coefficient is the most stable. Moreover, the wear rate is 0.12×10^-7cm^3·N^-1·m^-1, and is the smallest. Compared with the untreated carbon fiber friction sheet, the wear rate reduced by 74%.
