摘　　要：天基预警雷达是美军战略预警体系的前哨和核心，可以突破领空领海限制，实现防区外远距离大范围的预警监视。介绍了美国天基预警雷达发展的历程，分析了美国在这一领域的研制进展及关键技术储备情况；并根据美国战略意图及天基预警进展情况，指出了美国后续天基预警雷达的发展趋势。Spaced-base warning radar （ SBWR ） is the outpost and core equipment of the strategic early warning system for the US mil- itary, which can breakthrough the limits on the nation＇s territorial airspace or sea. It has lots of advantages such as long distance and large scale surveillance. The paper introduces the development history of American spaced-base warning radar and indicates the de- velopment and the manufacture foundation of the SBWR. According to the American military strategy and the present status of the SB- WR, it is very probably that the American will be produced SBWR.
