摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法对不同产地葛根中葛根素的含量进行测定.研究结果表明:葛根素含量在1~100μg浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.23%,RSD为2.1%;15个样品的葛根素含量为0.12%-3.05%,其中会同野葛的葛根素含量为3.05%.可见,不同产地葛根中葛根素含量存在一定的差异;该分析方法简便、重复性好,可用于葛根中葛根素含量的测定.Puerarin contents in different populations of Pueraria lobata roots were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the average recovery of puerarin was 100.23% with RSD 2.1% and the linear range of Puerarin was from 1 μg to 100 μg. The puerarin content of 15 samples was 0.12%-3.05%, and the puerarin content of Pueraria lobata from Huitong was 3.05%. The puerarin content have certain difference from different populations of Pueraria lobata roots. The method is simple and rapid with a good reproducibility,and suitable for the determination of content in pueraria lobata.
