摘　　要：目的介绍哨鼠监测实验中检出的血吸虫成虫和虫卵的标本制作技术。方法成虫通过清洗、固定、染色、脱水、透明、封片的步骤制作标本。虫卵采用双层盖片法制作标本。结果参照文献和相关实验室操作规范,制订哨鼠实验检出虫卵和成虫的标本制作程序。结论通过对哨鼠监测实验阳性标本的规范化制备,在血吸虫病疫情逐步下降的情况下。Objective To introduce a technique for preparing the slide specimens of adult Schistosoma japonicum and its eggs obtained from the sentinel mice. Methods Slide specimens for the adult worms were prepared by fixation,staining,dehydration,transparency and mounting,whereas specimens for eggs were prepared by double slides. Results By reference to related literatures and relevant laboratory practice guidance,standard procedures for preparing the specimens of adult Schistosoma japonicum and its eggs obtained from the sentinel mice were successfully established. Conclusion Specimens for the adult Schistosoma japonicum and its eggs obtained from sentinel mice can be prepared in standard manner,which may contributes to effective preservation of the worms for use in scientific research and class teaching in the context of gradually declined prevalence of schistosomiasis.
