摘  要:合成工艺对金刚石的生产影响重大,合成工艺主要由:压力、温度和时间这3个要素决定。通过研究合成工艺中各阶段时间对金刚石合成的影响,我们得出以下结论:加热开始时间及一次暂压时间共同决定着形核前的孕育熔聚时间,此时间段过长或过短都不好,合理的控制此时间段能使金刚石的产量质量都保持在较高水平;二次暂压时间、后增压时间及终压保温时间共同决定着金刚石的生长情况,合理的时间选择能使金刚石的产量质量都保持较高水平;降温保压时间及卸压时间对金刚石的产量质量基本没有影响,这两个时间段主要影响顶锤的消耗。The synthesis technology has great influence on the production of diamond,and the synthesis technology is mainly determined by three factors:pressure,temperature and time.By study the influence of each stage time on the synthesis of diamond,we draw the following conclusions:The time of heating start and the time of first pause jointly determine the melting time,It's not good to be too short or long,reasonable control this period of time can make the quality and yield of diamond at a higher level;The time of second pause,the time of booster and the time of final pressure determine the growth of the diamond together,reasonable time can keep the quality and yield at a higher level.The time of cooling and unloading have little effect on the yield and quality of diamond,which mainly affects the consumption of the anvil.
