摘  要:为满足不同用户需求的问题,对双擎低损破碎机进行了不同型号的定量应用研究。在成品率不低于90%的应用前提下,为了进一步提升生产效率,提出了增大偏心距和扩大设备进料开口两种方案,然后进行仿真和小批量带料试验,确定了两种方案的具体实施参数。最后进行了现场批量试验,定量研究两种方案对于生产效率的影响情况,并同时监测成品率的波动。结果表明,两种方案对于破碎效率的提高均有明显效果,并且相对于因变量来说,增益系数均超过1.0,与此同时,成品率在对正方向波动,从而用户可根据实际生产需要,配置不同型号设备。In order to meet the demands of different users,the quantitative application of different types of double moving jaw crusher was researched. Under the precondition that the rate of qualified products is not less than 90% ,two schemes are put forward that one is increasing eccentricity and another is enlarging the feed inlet of the equipment,then made simulating and small batch test in order to determine the specific implementation parameters of the two schemes. In the end,a lot of field experiments were carried out to quantitatively study the effects of the two schemes on the production efficiency,and to monitor the volatility of the rate of qualified products. The results show that the two schemes have obvious effect on the improvement of crushing efficiency,and the gain coefficient is more than 1.0 relative to the dependent variable. At the same time,the rate of qualified products is fluctuating in the positive direction. So users can configure different types of double moving jaw crusher according to the actual production demands.
