摘　　要：移动图书馆是新的网络环境下为用户提供随时、随地、随需信息服务的应用平台,近年来其呼声热度很高,但仍然面临用户采纳率不理想的局面,为解决此现实问题,分析和挖掘影响移动图书馆用户采纳意愿的因素,解释和预测移动图书馆用户行为是至关重要的。本文在整合UTAUT和TTF模型的基础上,从用户感知和任务/技术的双重视角构建理论模型,采用实证研究方法,利用结果方程模型探究各个因素对移动图书馆用户采纳意愿的影响。数据分析结果表明,绩效期望、个体创新和感知信任对移动图书馆用户采纳意愿有显著正向影响,任务技术匹配通过绩效期望间接影响用户采纳意愿。并在此基础上讨论了本文对移动图书馆发展的理论和实践意义。Mobile library is a new network environment to provide users with anytime,anywhere on-demand information service application platform,despite its popularity,it still faces the unsatisfactory user adoption rates. In order to solve the realistic problems,it is important to analyse and mine factors affecting user adoption intention of mobile library,explain and predict the mobile library user behavior. In this paper,based on the integration of UTAUT and TTF model,from a dual perspective of user perception and task/technology,it built theoretical model,using empirical research method,using the equation model to explore the influence of on the factors user adoption intention of mobile library. Data analysis results showed that performance expectations,individual innovation,perception trust had a significant positive effects to adoption intention,the task technology matching affected user adoption intention through performance expectation. On this basis,the paper discussed the theoretical and practical significance of the development of mobile library.
