摘　　要：本文以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,采用文献计量学方法、社会网络分析方法及内容分析法对2007-2017年国外政府危机信息管理相关文献进行定量分析,揭示该领域科学研究结构,分析本领域的研究进展和前沿热点,旨在以大数据时代为背景,从情报学角度和方法探索本领域研究的新触点。This paper took the "WOS core collection database"as the data source,using the bibliometrics method,the social network analysis method and the content analysis method to carry on the quantitative analysis about the foreign government crisis information management literature in 2007-2017,in order to reveal the scientific research structure,analyze the frontier hotspots in this field and study new contacts from the perspective of information science on the era of big data.
