摘  要:设计了一套不等径脉动热管,并对其进行了性能测试。脉动热管由内径为2.5 mm和外径为3.0 mm的铜管制成,其中蒸发段、绝热段和冷凝段长度分别为400,360,40 mm。分析比较倾角0°(水平),30°,45°和90°(垂直)对不等径脉动热管的传热性能的影响。丙酮作为不等径脉动热管的工作流体,充液率分别为30%,50%和70%。超纯水作为冷却水,流量分别为0.1,0.3,0.5 m^3/h。实验结果表明:在不同热负荷下充液率、倾角和冷却水流量对装置的传热性能影响很大。最大传热量出现在充液率为50%、倾斜角度为90°、冷却水流量为0.5 m^3/h的情况下,装置的最小热阻为0.10℃/W。A set of unequal-diameter pulsating heat pipe was designed and its performance was tested. An unequaldiameter pulsating heat pipe made of copper with 2. 5 mm ID and 3. 0 mm OD with fin in the condenser section is used in the present work to evaluate the heat transfer performances where the evaporation section is 400 mm,adiabatic section is 360 mm and condensation section is 40 mm. The attempt is to analyze and compare the effects on the heat transfer performances of the unequal-diameter pulsating heat pipe with inclination angle of 0°( horizontal),30°,45° and 90°( vertical). Acetone is used as working fluid with 30%,50% and 70% filling ratio in the unequal-diameter pulsating heat pipe. Ultrapure water is used as cooling water with 0. 1,0. 3,0. 5 m^3/h flow rate. The experimental results indicate the influence of filling ratio,inclination angle,the flow of cooling water on the performance of the unequal-diameter pulsating heat pipe studied with different orientation and heat load is strong. The experimental results show that the maximal heat transfer quantity works at filling ratio 50%,angle 90°,cooling water ratio 0. 5 m^3/h. The minimum heat resistance reaches 0. 10 ℃/W.
