摘  要:紫之隧道西线2号隧道下穿冲沟负埋段,由于该沟谷位于西湖风景名胜区附近,不宜采用明挖法施工,而采用常规的反压回填和地表注浆法难以保证施工质量。文章介绍了明挖护拱法在下穿冲沟中施工中的成功应用,并利用数值计算模拟动态施工过程,对护拱方案作用效果进行分析。分析结果表明:护拱法在控制围岩变形以及对支护结构受力状态的改善等方面效果明显。通过现场实际施工和监测,证明了该方案的可行性,既确保了工程安全和进度,又能大大减少地表开挖和植被破坏,经济效益和环保效益显著。Tunnel No. 2 on the west line of Zizhi tunnel underpasses the negative cover in gully. As the tunnel is close to west lake attrac-tion. The open excavation is not suitable. Application of the conventional back pressure backfill and grouting on ground surface methods cannot secure construction quality. The successful application of PSS-arch method in underpass tunneling is introduced in the paper. The numerical computation is utilized to simulate the dynamic construction process and the effect of the PSS-arch method is analyzed. The a-nalysis presents that the PSS-arch method obviously controls deformation of surrounding rock and largely improves action state of support structure. Through actual site construction and monitoring,this scheme is proved feasible. It secures construction safety and schedule as well as largely decreases ground surface excavation and vegetation damage. Both economic and environmental efficiencies are outstanding .
