摘　　要：本文调研并分析了瑞典核能发展历程和现状,以及放射性污染防治监管法律文件体系和重要核活动的监管流程,归纳总结了其发展的四个特点,其在污染防治监管方面以及相关经验与教训均对我国《放射性污染防治法》的修订有重要的借鉴意义。This paper investigated the history and development of nuclear energy in Sweden,and legislation framework of radiation pollution prevention,and regulation process of significant activities,and 4 characteristics were concluded. Compared with our country,we could make use of 4 good practices,such as sufficient and integrated regulation on radiation pollution prevention,disposal and treatment of radioactive waste,and participation of international cooperation comprehensively. It could benefit to emendation of ‘the Act of Radioactive Pollution Prevention 'of our country.
