摘　　要：为规范DSA介入诊疗的职业照射评价,并为放射介入医师的个人防护提供依据。本文在介入手术过程中辐射水平实际监测结果的基础上,计算了不同防护用品情况下工作人员的躯干、眼晶体以及手部剂量。计算结果显示一般术者在正常手术量的情况下,全身年有效剂量一般<5 mSv·a^(-1),眼晶体年当量剂量最高为32 mSv·a^(-1),手部年当量剂量为50mSv·a^(-1)—100 mSv·a^(-1)。介入医师的眼晶体及手部剂量偏高,建议手术过程中重视个人防护用品的使用,控制手术时间。To regulate the occupational exposure assessment and personal protection in the interventional operations, monitoring the operation room and analysis individual dose of hospitals.Through the actual monitoring in interventional operations,the paper gets the results of radiation levels.The dose to staff' s trunks,lens of the eyes and hands was calculated under different protective equipment. [Results]The calculation results show that the trunk dose is less than 5 mSv/a,the lens of the eye is 32 mSv/a and the hand is 50 ~ 100 mSv/a. In operation process,the protection of crystal eye and hands should strength,and the medical staffneedcontrol operationtime,to reduce the dose.
