摘 要:利用下胚轴创伤接种方法鉴定了77份大豆品种(系)对8个大豆疫霉菌株的抗性反应,通过基因推导方法分析品种(系)的抗病基因。结果表明,77份大豆品种(系)对8个菌株共产生24个不同的反应型,安豆1498反应型为RRRRRRRR,是参试品种(系)中唯一一个抗8个大豆疫霉菌株的品种。本文将为安豆1498在疫霉根腐病流行区域的大面积推广提供技术支撑,同时可为抗疫霉根腐病育种提供抗性材料。Phytophthora root rot is one of the most important diseases of soybean. Reactions of 77 soybean cultivars( lines) to 8 strains of P. sojae were identified by using a modified hypocotyls inoculation technique. Phytophthora resistance genes in the cultivars( lines) were postulated by comparisons of the reaction types of differential soybean cultivars or lines. 24 reaction types occurred in 77 cultivars( lines). Andou1498 was the only cultivar with RRRRRRRR reaction type among 77 soybean cultivars( lines). This paper would provide a technical support for the large-scale popularization of Andou1498 in the epidemic area of Phytophthora root rot and provide a theoretical base for soybean breeding as a new germplasm resource resistant to Phytophthora root rot.
