摘　　要：目前,铁路货车车辆制动抱闸故障中,120型控制阀(以下简称制动阀)故障占据了较大的比例,对运输生产秩序干扰较大。研究制动阀故障产生的原因,制定有效的防范措施,强化故障处置能力,对保障行车安全、运输秩序积极的作用。Failure rate of 120-type Air-brake Valve occupied most cases in freight train brake problems due to bad maintenance which badly affected transportation system.Therefore,it has great importance to investigate and find out the rootcause of failure,then figure out failure solution to guarantee train-running safety and keep the braking system in a good condition and maintain the order of normal traffic plan.
