日粮中添加富硒钴苜蓿草粉对家兔饲料转化率和肉品质的影响  

Effects of Alfalfa Meals Abundant in Selenium and Cobalt Applied to Diets of Rabbit on Forage Conversion Rate and Meat Quality

摘　　要：通过在新西兰大白兔日粮中添加5%、10%、15%和20%的富硒钴紫花苜蓿草粉的试验,研究与常规饲喂相比,对幼兔的饲料转化率和肉产品品质的影响,以便达到通过添加功能型牧草来提高兔生产水平和兔产品质量的目的。研究表明:在幼兔日粮中添加10%和15%的富硒钴草粉能使总增重分别提高8.97%(P<0.05)和13.67%(P<0.05),饲料转化率分别提高5.02%(P<0.05)和6.56%(P<0.05),兔肉中必需氨基酸分别提高10.07%(P<0.05)和8.68%(P<0.05),但对兔肉中蛋白质(CP)含量以及总氨基酸(TAA)含量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。A comparative trials of alfalfa meals abundant in selenium and cobalt was applied to diets of new Zealand white rabbits(amount for 5% ,10% ,15% and 20% of diets)so as to improve better rabbit quality and higher production level by means of addition of functional forage.The results showed that alfalfa meal rich in selenium and cobalt can increase total weight gains and forage conversion rates,decrease forage meat ratio and enforce forage conversion rates.When additive contents of above-mentioned alfalfa meal account for 10% and 15% of ration,total weight gain can be increased by 8.97% (P<0.05)and 13.67% (P<0.05)respectively,forage conversion can be increased by 5.02% (P<0.05)and 6.56% (P<0.05)respectively,the contents of essential amino-acids in meat were raised by 10.07% (P<0.05)and 8.68% (P<0.05),but no apparent effects on the contents of crude protein as well as the contents of total amino-acids(P>0.05).
