摘　　要：文章介绍了畜禽养殖废弃物管理的法律法规和标准体系现状,畜禽养殖废弃物管理的主要技术,以及相关法律法规和标准在畜禽废弃物处理应用中存在的问题和建议,为畜禽养殖废弃物管理提供参考。The paper introduced the current status of regulation system and standard system on live-stock feeding waste, the main technologies to manage the waste, and problems in and suggestions for the application of laws and regulations, providing a reference for the management of live stock feeding waste.
