摘　　要：肉羊运输环节的问题已经备受人们的关注,长途运输给肉羊带来了严重的问题,所以,如何减少肉羊运输应激已成为研究热点。在运输过程中,肉羊受到应激因子的刺激会导致体内抗体水平下降,从而引发机体免疫能力减弱,抗病力降低。本文通过对各种应激源的详细描述以及对前人相关研究经验的借鉴,进一步分析了肉羊运输应激对生产性能和产品质量的负面影响。相关研究表明,运输应激若处理不当,除了会出现肉羊组织液渗出和肌肉苍白等现象,严重时还会出现运输应激羊只的死亡。Mutton sheep transportation has aroused people＇s attention, the problem of long distance transportation has brought forth serious problems, therefore, how to reduce the mutton sheep transporta-tion stress has become a hot research topic. In the course of carriage,the stress factor may cause a decline in antibody levels in the body, triggering the body＇s weakening immune ability and disease-resistance. Based on the experience of predecessors＇ research and a detailed description of the model, the paper further analyzed the negative effect of transportation stress on the production performance and product quality. Related studies have shown if mishandled the transport stress, muscle tissue fluid will leak and the muscle will become pale, even resulting in death.
