摘 要:以漂白针叶木浆板为原料,通过高温液态水处理制备高纯纤维素纤维.通过正交实验研究温度、时间、浆浓对处理效果的影响;通过添加路易斯碱和过渡金属离子强化反应,获得了纯度较高的纤维素纤维.结果表明:影响α-纤维素含量的因素显著性为:温度>保温时间>浆浓;处理温度180℃,处理时间30min,浆浓3%时,α-纤维素含量最高;NaHCO_3的加入能够提高处理后浆料的α-纤维素含量,同时减少纤维素的降解;FeCl3的加入能够提高处理后浆料的α-纤维素含量,但纤维素降解加剧.此外,处理前后纤维素的化学结构和晶型几乎没有改变,但结晶度明显增加.High temperature liquid water(HTLW)was used to treat bleached soft wood pulp to obtain high-purity cellulose fiber.Orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the effect of factors during HTLW treatment process.Lewis base and transition metal ion were used to strengthen the effect of HTLW.Results showed that during HTLW treatment processes,reaction temperature was the most significant factor forα-cellulose content,followed by reaction time and substrate concentration.α-cellulose content was the highest when reaction temperature was 180 ℃,reaction time was 30 min,substrate concentration was 3%.The addition of NaHCO_3 and FeCl_3 were benefit for the increase ofα-cellulose content.The degradation of cellulose was reduced with the incorporation of NaHCO_3,but aggravated with the incorporation of FeCl_3.Meanwhile,the chemical structure and crystalline structure of cellulose was scarcely varied after treatment;the crystal index of specimens increased after treatments.
