摘 要:对高铝玻璃高透蒙砂的制备工艺进行了研究,确定了蒙砂液的配比(质量比/g)为NaF∶(NH4)_2SO_4∶Na_2SO_4∶H2O∶Na2B4O7·10H2O=5.5∶1.5∶1.6∶9.3∶0.2,选择了蒙砂最优工艺条件为pH=2.5,温度为25℃,蒙砂时间为9min.利用表面粗糙度测量仪、光泽度仪和透光率测定仪对蒙砂玻璃的光学性能进行测定,并对蒙砂玻璃表面形貌进行了SEM、AFM和EDS分析.结果表明,透光率为95.9%,光泽度为86.9Gs,粗糙度为0.08μm;蒙砂后玻璃表面超微晶粒子的粒径大小合理,粒度分布均匀.这为高透蒙砂玻璃的制备提供了行之有效的方法.The composition and ratio of frosting solution are established through studying on the preparation process of high transmittance frosting of high alumina glass.The optimal performances are NaF∶(NH4)_2SO_4∶Na_2SO_4∶H2 O∶Na2 B4 O7·10 H2 O=5.5∶1.5∶1.6∶9.3∶0.2.The best optimum process conditions was obtained:pH=2.5,temperature 25 ℃,frosting tine 9 min.After optical capability of agent glass were characterized by surftest,gloss meter and light transmittance tester.The surface morphology of the frosting glass was characterized by SEM,AFM and EDS.The following results showed transmittance is 95.9%,gloss is 86.9 Gs as well as roughness is 0.08μm.The particle size distribution of ultra-crystalline particle on the surface of the frosting glass is reasonable and uniform.It provides effective production way for the high transmittance frosting glass.
