摘　　要：文章对百年来中国图书馆学研究三次高潮进行了历史检视,对影响图书馆学创新发展的突出问题进行了理性反思,提出四点有益启示:不忘学科初心方能砥砺前行,理论创新是图强和强图的唯一选择,学术多元化是理论创生的必要条件,汲取前辈精神力量激发创新内生动力。This paper reviews the history of three climaxes of library science research of China over the past century and makes a rational refection on some outstanding problems that affect the innovation and development. Four benefcial enlightenments are put forward ：we do not forget the beginning goals and aspirations of the discipline can temper forward, theoretical innovation is the only choice to speed up the library development, academic diversifcation is necessary condition for theoretical innovation, we should learn from the spirit of the older generation and stimulate innovation.
