摘　　要：情报学与情报研究全程参与智库运行管理,在智库能力建设中具有独特优势。在提出智库能力应包括转化和强化两个层面的能力基础上,从情报学与情报工作统领着智库能力建设、情报学教育是智库人才资源的供给者、情报研究是智库理论与方法的支撑者和情报工作是智库过程管理的支持者四个方面提出了情报学在智库能力建设中的功能定位;从将情报教育渗透到智库人才培育中、向智库输入"耳目、尖兵、参谋"和推动智库与情报组织的合作三个方面提出了相应的实现策略。Because of information science and information studies full participation in the operation and management of the think tank, the studies have incomparable advantages in the capacity construction of the think tank. In this paper, transformation capacity and strengthening capacity are proposed. Based on this kind of capacity level, this paper puts forward to information science function orientation in capacity construction of think tank including leading the capacity construction, the supplier of talent resource, the supporter of the theory and method, and supporter of process management. Besides, the infltration of information science education to the cultivation of the think tank talents, inputting information science function into think tank, and the cooperation of information organizations with think tank are put forward as corresponding implementation strategy.
